Alluvial Systems (“we,” “us”) operates the pre-launch website at alluvial.systems. This page explains what we collect through the waitlist form and how we use it. We keep this deliberately short and plain. This is a starter policy for a pre-launch site and is not legal advice — have it reviewed before public launch.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the information you submit:

• Email address (required)
• Name, company / MSP name, and your biggest network visibility or documentation challenge (all optional)

We also store basic technical metadata with your signup (such as your browser’s user-agent string and the time of submission). We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits; it doesn’t use cookies or identify you across sites. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site; it sets first-party cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on. We do not use advertising trackers. Apart from analytics cookies, the only thing stored in your browser is a small preference that remembers your light/dark theme choice.

How we use it

• To send you a confirmation and your early-access invite ahead of the January 2027 launch.
• To send occasional build updates about the product. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand the needs of MSPs so we build the right thing (your optional “challenge” note).

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who processes your data

We share your information only with the service providers that run this site:

• Neon and Vercel — database hosting and website hosting.
• Resend — to deliver the waitlist and update emails.

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Retention

We keep your waitlist information until the product launches and you become a customer, until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the waitlist — whichever comes first.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message we send.
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing us.
