These terms cover your use of the pre-launch website at alluvial.systems. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. This is a starter document for a pre-launch site and is not legal advice — have it reviewed before public launch.

The site is informational and pre-launch

Alluvial Systems is in development, with a public launch planned for the first week of January 2027. This site describes the planned product and lets you join a waitlist. It is not an offer to sell, and joining the waitlist does not create a contract to provide the product, pricing, or any specific feature. Roadmap items may change.

The waitlist

Provide accurate information and use the form only to register your own interest. We may decline or remove signups that appear automated, abusive, or fraudulent.

Intellectual property

The Alluvial Systems name, logo, content, and design are our property. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
